About
Erin Smalley joined the EAI family in July 2024 and is currently serving as an Account Development Manager in our sales department. Erin brings experience as a former early childhood educator.
Why Education Advanced?
As a former educator, my transition to EAI has been smooth. While I enjoyed positively impacting my students' lives every day, I now have the opportunity to offer help and support beyond the students in my classroom, by supporting thousands of administrators and teachers across the country.
Outside of Work
Erin enjoys an active and social lifestyle. She especially enjoys the arts. She can often be found lost in a good book, baking sweets, or watercolor painting. While living on the coast, weekends and evenings are spent at the beach, trying new seafood restaurants, or playing pickleball with friends and family.
Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it.
